We named our tap truck Daisy since daisies actually symbolize "new beginnings."  She has four taps, serving any drink that comes in a keg- cold brew, beer, prosecco, soda, kombucha, cocktails, etc.  While Duke, our vespa scooter can serve two beverages on tap.
