The Answers You Need

how does it work?

you buy the booze we bring the fun! Due to Wisconsin liquor laws, we cannot sell liquor. We have plenty of top notch vendors to get you the exact beverages you need. You purchase the kegs, we pick them up and serve to you and your guests for an absolutely top notch experience. We can serve nonalcoholic options as well.

what's included?

An unmatched, completely elevated experience. The Bitsy Bar, at least one tap-tender, pick up and return of  kegs, napkins, cups, set up and take down

are you insured?

Heck yes, top to bottom, left to right, we're insured with general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.

when do we pay?

50% is due at the time of booking to save your date. The remainder is due 2 weeks prior to the event. If you need to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable. 

is gratuity included?

20% will be automatically added onto your total package price. But Your bitsy bartender is more than willing to accept cash or venmo tips during the event to show your bitsy love

what kind of power is needed?

the bitsy bars runs off of a standard 120v outlet so access to an outlet is needed to keep the beverages flowing ice cold and bubbly. If an outlet is not available a generator will automatically be added to the package for an additional charge, although we do recommend plugging into an outlet for the best experience. And not to worry, we have plenty of extension cords we can provide!

what can be served?

anything in a keg! Beer, cold brew, wine, prosecco, soda, mocktails, kombucha, cocktails,  need recommendations or suggestions- we got you!

Where can The Bitsy Bar go?

The bars can be parked inside or outside. As long as the doors are wide enough, Daisy or Duke can drive right on in and keep the party going inside. They can be rented out for any type of event, they're always down to party.

Rain rain go away?

If raining or poor weather, the Bitsy Bar would need to be placed indoors or underneath a tent/canopy or covering. But if you do not have one, no worries, we can add our tent to your package for $50

how big are the tap vehicles?

Although she looks little, Daisy's got a caboose. She's 5.5 feet wide, about 9 feet long, and 6 feet tall.

Duke is a tad more compact, at 4 feet wide and a little under 6 feet long. 

can the purchased serving time be split?

Unfortunately, the purchased hours of serving time are consecutive. If you would like an idled hour or two in which we are not serving guests, those are charged, no proration.
